Wine Raffle Wine Raffle to be drawn that night at the dinner. Winners need not be present to win, but must be 21 to purchase tickets. Top prize is an "Instant Wine Cellar" of 50 bottles of wine. Other prizes include 30 bottles of wine, 20 bottles of wine and various wine accessories. Tickets are $5 or 5 for $20 and can be purchased through any Fine Arts Board member.
