The Trinity Mardi Gras is just around the corner, and I bet you can’t wait to taste the savory food! Hundreds of volunteers are busy working to make this year’s 2010 Mardi Gras another successful event. Fun, games, entertainment and fine dining have all been tradition and this year is no exception. On behalf of all the dining staff, we extend an invitation to everyone to help celebrate the Mardi Gras in support of the Dickinson Catholic School System. Come and enjoy the tasty entrees and flavorful side dishes we will be offering all three days. Why spend time in the kitchen when you can stop by and enjoy a meal with home-cooked flavor that is served up just like you remember from grandma’s kitchen! Of course we all have our favorites, but all three days offer quality meals you won’t want to miss. Thank you in advance for your support and a big round of applause to all the volunteers who make this event a reality! With 46 years of experience, you will likely see up to three and four generations of Catholic school families working together to create an extraordinary dining experience.
