Duties and terms

The members of the Board of Education shall consist of:

• the Bishop of the Diocese of Bismarck,
• the Pastor of each of the Parishes in Dickinson as voting ex officio members,
• the Superintendent of the Corporation as a non-voting ex officio member,
• one representative elected from the membership of each Catholic parish in Dickinson,
• one representative elected from each elemantary school, 
• one representative elected from Trinity High School. 

Each school representative shall be a parents/gaurdian of the child in the school which they represent at the time they are elected.
